We made sure your invoices, contacts, and procurement data flowed seamlessly between your PSA and your General Ledger.

But syncing the data is only half the battle. The other half is actually getting paid.

Today, by bringing HostedPay into the Cloud Depot family, we are closing that loop. We are combining our robust backend synchronisation engine with HostedPay’s best-in-class customer payment portal to build the ultimate financial stack for MSPs.

Why HostedPay?

We have watched HostedPay grow for years. Like us, they identified a critical gap in the MSP ecosystem: the "last mile" of billing. While Cloud Depot was busy ensuring the accounting was correct, HostedPay was busy ensuring the payer experience was effortless.

What this means for HostedPay customers

If you are an existing HostedPay customer, nothing changes about the service you love. You will continue to enjoy the same high-quality portal, the same features, and the same uptime.

However, you will notice a few administrative changes as we integrate our back-office operations:

• Billing: Your credit card statement will now show transactions from CloudDepot or clouddepot.com.
• Terms: We have updated the HostedPay Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to align with Cloud Depot’s standards.
• Support: You now have access to the expanded Cloud Depot support infrastructure.
